"New Girl" season 4 officially kicked off its fourth season with some of the most hilarious yet most twisted scenes to date.
The first episode saw the roommates four months later and they were all about to attend the last wedding of the season. Everyone, including Jess suffers what is also known as a "nuptial fatigue," according to TV Line.
Schmidt meanwhile has another purpose for attending the wedding and declares that they should all engage in a hookup session, all five of them included.
"We are hooking up tonight, all five of us. Winter is coming, no one comes home alone," Schmidt told his friends.
At the wedding, the roommates realize how stiff the competition is, what with everyone looking hot and dapper in their respective wedding attire. Cece arrives and knocks Schmidt out of the park, especially after he found out that she's no longer seeing Buster.
As such, Schmidt could no longer gather up the courage to hook up with anyone. It seems that his feelings for Cece will be explored once again this season, Entertainment Weekly reported.
Jess, meanwhile, is eyeing newbie Ted, played by "Veep" actor Reid Scott. Jess is set on hooking up with him however, another newbie character, Kat, played by "7th Heaven" star Jessica Biel had the same thing in mind.
Kat, who is more gorgoues and hot than Jess may have won over Ted for now, resulting to Jess feeling all sorts of insecurities. Luckily, her best friend Nick was there to give her the usual pep talk.
"Just be yourself and if he's not into Jessica Day, there's something wrong with him," Nick told Jess.
Jess didn't go down without a fight though but all of her efforts were put to waste because Ted still went home with Kat, after the latter showed him a nude photo of herself.
