Former "The View" host Jenny McCarthy recently revealed that she already lost her wedding ring, despite only being married the past couple of weeks.
On Tuesday, September 16, McCarthy appeared on "Good Day NY" where she poured out her thoughts on "The View's" new roster of hosts and confessed that she already lost her wedding ring.
The 41-year-old mom of one said, "I've already lost the ring. We were staying in a hotel and you can't have a wedding ring on... it's a little hard to get romantic with diamonds on your hand. I removed it and put it on the room service table and they came and turned down the room and the ring was gone... But you know what though? If you're gonna lose your wedding ring, you should lose it that way," she said.
Earlier this month, US Weekly officially unveiled the McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg's wedding album after they officially sealed the deal last August 31 in St. Charles, III.
Talking about her not-so-distant exit from "The View," McCarthy explained, "They wanted to make sure the table was diverse. So they consider when Rosie O'Donnell was coming back it was too liberal and they wanted a conservative and they wanted a Latina."
"They got Rosie Perez and their Elisabeth Hasselbeck, if you will," she explained.
Meanwhile, McCarthy admitted that she has not watched any of the new episodes this season but admitted that she's been hearing a slew of mixed reviews, the NY Daily News reported.
"I didn't watch the show. I've been working, but I've heard people call me and say, 'I like it,' 'I don't like it,' 'I like the set,' 'I don't like the set,' so I've been hearing mixed reviews," she said.
Adding that there were no hard feelings after she was evicted from the show, McCarthy explained, "Absolutely not. I got to work with Barbara Walters."
