"Paranormal Activity 5" gets new title: "Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension". Its release date has been moved as well - from October 24, 2014 to March 13, 2015, which was previously set for another Paramount Pictures movie "Scout vs. Zombies".

The title "Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension" have been made more appealing as it sounds creepier. People who crave for supernatural actions and who have waited for the fifth installment will definitely want to see it.

However, the release date may not be a good timing because viewers typically expect to be frightened during Halloween. All four previous installments of the horror movie premiered in fall, with the last three shown in October, along with "Saw". But it may also be a good alternative for those who are not fans of Disney's live action "Cinderella" and drama "Heart of the Sea", which will carry the same premiere date as the "Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension".

The film, which will be directed by Gregory Plotkin, was first considered for January release. The Wrap wrote horror flicks perform well in January as it noticeably shifts the tempo from endless dramas. "Texas Chainsaw 3D" and "Mama" were at the top spot in the box office when it was released on Jan. 2013.

"Scout vs. Zombies" gets a new release date: February 20, 2015, per the announcement of Paramount Pictures.

"Scout vs. Zombies" is about three scouts who find the true meaning of friendship in the midst of their goal to save their city from zombie outbreak. This horror comedy stars Tye Sheridan ("Mud", "Dark Places"), Logan Miller ("I'm in the Band", "Night Moves"), and Joey Morgan.

Newcomer Sarah Dumont got the female lead role. Other cast includes Patrick Schwarzenegger (son of actor Arnold Schwarzenegger), Cloris Leachman, David Koechner, and Halston Sage. Director is Christopher Landon; script by Lona Williams, Etan Cohen, Emi Mochizuki, and Carrie Evans.
