Despite the fact the Ronda Rousey vs. Cyborg Justino fight has yet to be made, "Rowdy" already declares that she is unimpressed with the former Stirkeforce women's champion. The reigning UFC women's bantamweight champion also claims that her potential opponent is "not good enough, even on drugs."

Ronda Rousey vs. Cyborg Justino is a fight that had been clamored to happen for a while now. However, various issues have plagued the would-be match-up, hence, nothing ever materialized. "Cyborg" is now the women's featherweight champion for another one of the UFC's rival promotion companies, Invicta.

As Rousey waits for her next opponent, the reigning UFC women's champion had words for Justino during her latest media scrum in Brazil.

"She was fighting, it was a while ago, and she just got dropped five times in a match," Rousey said. "And really, to be honest, I haven't been really too impressed with her actual skill set," Rousey said. "It's only her strength that she draws off."

The potential Ronda Rousey vs. Cyborg Justino match-up is not impossible to happen, according to "Rowdy", but claims that "Cyborg" was the one who dodged her, mainly due to drug-testing issues.

"I would fight her, but 24 hours after the announcement of out-of-competition drug testing, she asked to be released from the UFC," Rousey asserted. "I'm under contract with the UFC, I can't leave. She can come back whenever she wants, I'm here."

Justino had been plagued with drug-testing issues, and it is believed to be one of the reasons for her faillure to be signed by the UFC. As "Rowdy" maintains her anti-doping stance, she continued to lambast "Cyborg" for these aforementioned issues.

"The reason why she was using steroids is because that girl does not believe that the best that she has is good enough, and that will always be there in her mind," Rousey added. "And you know what, she's right. The best that she has isn't good enough, even on drugs."
