After vehemently denying the existence of Iggy Azalea's sex tape that in the hands of adult entertainment mogul Steven Hirsch, the 'Black Widow' singer's lawyers admitted to the possibility of the clip being real later on.

Her lawyers claimed that with the possibility of the singer being a minor during the recording, a legal constraint could be put on Vivid Entertainment's plans of releasing the video.

Hirsch had previously offered a reported multi-million deal to Azalea to make a DVD out of the x-rated clip.

Azalea's lawyers also told TMZ that the video could have been from a "spurned business suitor" who wanted to damage her image and budding career. The video was also shot without her knowledge.

In a dramatic turn of events, the new Hollywood star's ex, Maurice Williams, who goes by the stage name Hefe Wine, came out with a release document allegedly containing the 'Fancy' hitmaker's signature.

The contract, which Wine claims Azalea signed in 2009, supposedly gave him rights to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images."

According to the TMZ report, Wine believes that he only needs to include a track to Iggy Azalea's sex tape for a legal release.

The 'Problem' rapper, however, has denied her manager/boyfriend's claim.

TMZ reported last Wednesday that Wine ripped off her signature from a legitimate contract that she signed in the past for the supposed release document.

Iggy Azalea has also filed a federal lawsuit against Wine. Aside from forging her signature, he also allegedly downloaded the entire content of her laptop-including unreleased master recordings of her songs-back in 2009 when they were still living in Atlanta.

He will reportedly be using the stolen tracks to release a new EP from Azalea which he says will "shock the world."

The federal lawsuit didn't mention Iggy Azalea's sex tape.

Whatever the case, reports claim that she will also be suing porn company Vivid Entertainment should the clip be released without her consent.
