Mighty Ducks 20th reunion showcased the original cast of the classic kid flick "D2: The Mighty Ducks" back together. Apart from reminiscing after two decades of not seeing each other, they also came up with a perfect idea for a reunion photo, the infamous "Flying V." This time, however, instead of in an ice rink, the team assembled on a tennis court.
The genius Mighty Ducks 20th reunion photo featured the movie's cast mainstays, such as Marguerite Moreau, who played the role of Connie Moreau, Colombe Jacobsen-Derstine, who played Julie Gaffney, Aaron Lohr, who played Dean Portman, Garret Henson, who played Guy Germaine, Vincent Larusso, who played Adam Banks, and Mike Vitar, who played Luis Mendoza.
This highly beloved childhood comedy flick was released back in 1994. It was about a co-ed teen hockey team that was coached by Gordon Bombay, played by Emilio Estevez. Team USA, the country that the "Mighty Ducks" group was representing, was beaten by Team Iceland. However, this relatively embarrassing loss motivated the team to regroup and aim to win the Junior Goodwill Games against their rival country. "D2: The Mighty Ducks" is believed by many to be even more successful than the first film.
Sadly, however, Joshua Jackson, the amazingly gorgeous actor behind Team USA's Captain Charlie Conway, was not able to make it to the recent Mighty Ducks 20th reunion. Also, Kenan Thompson and Emilio Estevez were also not available.
Additionally, apart from the now-trending Mighty Ducks 20th reunion "Flying V" picture, Moreau also posted other pictures that they took during the get-together. Moreau posed with the other members of the cast of the classic kid movie in various photos and posted them on her official Instagram account.
Fans of the "Mighty Ducks" franchise are now hopeful that a "D4: The Mighty Ducks" will be pushed through in the near future. Surely, just like its predecessors, it will be yet another blockbuster that kids today will most certainly love.
