Bruce and Kris Jenner have officially filed for divorce within one day of each other and claimed that their relationship will no longer work because of irreconcilable differences.

A source close to the Kardashian-Jenner clan spoke to People Magazine and revealed, "They both did it together. It's all done and there's no drama or messiness. They worked out all details over the last few months."

Kris was the first to file for a divorce on Monday and Bruce filed his documents on Tuesday, according to Reality TV World.

Eleven months ago, the couple announced that they have decided to live separately on their hit reality TV show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

At that time, the couple released an official statement and told E! News, "We are living separately and we are much happier this way. But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends, and as always, our family will remain our number one priority."

Despite their impending divorce, Kris, 58 and Bruce, 64, currently share custody over their 17-year-old daughter Kylie Jenner, Franchise Herald reported.

The estranged couple, who have been married for the past couple of years also have a joint earning of $74 million. Negotiations on how to go about dividing their joint fortune are easy and amicable, a source close to the family revealed.

Bruce, for his part, has earned millions from his speaking engagements and he shares businesses with Kris. Everything that they have earned throughout the past 23 years have been kept in a joint bank account, TVNZ noted.

Although nothing has been finalized just yet, the couple's lawyers have confirmed that Kris will be able to keep her 20.5 carat diamond engagement ring that she received from Bruce, the same publication noted.
