Viola Davis recently appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" where she talked about her love for spanx and TV censorship.

The award-winning actress explained, "If I tell people that if I don't have ten minutes to go to the bathroom then I'm just going to have to hold it. Because that's how long it takes to take these Spanx off."

When asked why she loves wearing Spanx, Davis explained that she does so to help her fit into the clothes she has to wear for her new series "How to Get Away With Murder," according to E! News.

"The Help" actress also talked about TV censorship and revealed that she is the type of actress who wear makeup on all parts of her body, including her feet and added that she does not want certain parts of her body to be shown on television.

This, according to her, is why she loves TV censorship, the same publication noted.

Meanwhile, Davis, who plays the role of a sexy law professor confessed that she is drawn to her character too much, Fresnobee reported.

"I wanted to have a character that kind of took me out of my comfort zone. And so I did the only smart thing that any sensible actress would do and I took it. I dove at it. And I love the fact that she's messy and mysterious so you don't know who she is," Davis said of her role in the new ABC series.

Davis plays the character of Annalise Keating, a lawyer who selects four law students yearly to help her with her legal cases.

Talking about the types of shows available on television today, Davis said, "I think people migrate towards material, especially after they reach a certain age. I will be bold enough to say, that I have gotten so many wonderful film roles, but I've gotten even more film roles where I haven't been on the show. It's like I've been invited to a really fabulous party, only to hold up the wall."
