Manny Pacquiao news reveals that "Pacman" has continued his verbal tirades against Floyd Mayweather Jr. The eight-division world champion also insinuated that "Money" is not willing to step up to the plate and fight him.

Pacquiao has shown more aggression towards Mayweather in terms of making the highly clamored mega fight happen. Earlier this month, "Pacman" began to publicly question "Money May's" pound-for-pound boxing king tag.

"It is a shame for a fighter to claim that he's the pound-for-pound or best fighter in the world and you're ducking some other boxer, some other fighter that wants to fight you," Pacquiao told Marcos Villegas of Fight Hub. "Especially that it's been known all over the world by the fans."

Manny Pacquiao news further reveals more of "Pacman's" barbs against 2014's highest paid athlete, this time criticizing the latter's performance two weeks ago in his rematch against Marcos Maidana.

"To me, Maidana won that fight," Pacquiao said in a report by Philippine news outlet GMA Network. "Mayweather's face and lips were swelling compared to Maidana's unblemished face."

Pacquiao then went on to lambast Mayweather, whom he believes is still avoiding the potential blockbuster match-up.

"He's all talk. Until now he has not yet agreed to fight me," he added. "Instead of blabbing, he should face me atop the ring."

Manny Pacquiao news also features Floyd Mayweather's recent appearance in front of the Nevada State Athletic Commission in relation to the issues raised regarding the scenes on his "All-Access" reality show.

According to Mayweather, the entire show, which featured some of his female companions smoking marijuana, was all staged for promotion purposes.

Manny Pacquiao also commented on the matter through his personal Twitter account, insinuating further that the current pound-for-pound boxing king is avoiding fighting him.

".@FloydMayweather's testimony to the commission on All Access' authenticity tells me everything I need to know about his desire to fight me," the Filipino fighter tweeted.
