Pop star Justin Bieber might be revealing more than his fans can handle on his Twitter account.

The "Boyfriend" singer tweeted yesterday about a cliff diving incident that "busted" his ear drum, according to the publication Bustle.

"Busted my ear drum cliff diving. Doc says might need surgery now. Sucks," wrote 20-year-old Bieber on his Twitter account.

He added, "My ear drum might back us up a little but I'm still bringing you this new music. Much love. Damn u cliff diving!"

Justin Bieber's fans have been very concerned after Selena Gomez's on-again-off-again boyfriend tweeted the news about his ear drum. #FeelBetterJustin was reportedly a popular hashtag on Twitter today as Beliebers continued to send the singer their best wishes.

Aside from his recent injury, Justin Bieber shocked fans with the recent tweet, "My beloved beliebers I'm officially retiring."

Beiber fans didn't take the news so well and remained very vocal about it on social media.

"I still haven't forgiven him for this," tweeted Twitter user @JustinIsSlaying.

@supportjustinb quoted Bieber's false announcement as the social media user added, "remember when Justin tweeted this and I literally passed out."

Others weren't so sad that Justin Bieber might be retiring.

"With all these rumors of Justin Bieber retiring I'm beginning to wonder if this world isn't so bad after all! HA!," wrote @tthe_joker.
