Sherri Shepherd latest news indicates the comedienne's response to her estranged husband's accusations that she abandoned the surrogate baby. According to Christian Post, the former "The View" co-host recently hit back at her ex's claims insisting that the truth shall prevail.
"Remember there is always more sides to a story than the 'exclusive' stories one person is selling for money to the tabloids," Shepherd allegedly. "Truth to come out unless you are of the same ilk as everyone else. God Bless."
According Christian Post, sandrarose.com obtained the above mentioned Twitter messages where Shepherd appears to say "there is more to the story." However, the said message was not yet considered authentic.
Recently, Sherri's ex-husband, Lamar Sally had an interview with Daily Mail revealing that the former "The View" co-host "begged" him to have a child, who afterwards was allegedly abandoned by Shepherd.
Reportedly, after LJ was born, a letter from Sherri's lawyer was sent to Lamar telling him that the comedienne has "no relationship" with the child and that he would "not be covered" as a dependent on her health insurance.
"Sherri told me, 'it's your sperm, not my egg, so it's YOUR baby'," Lamar explains in the interview.
Reportedly, Sally, recently shared "photos of his son with a number of media outlets and Shepherd was not impressed because he reportedly went to great lengths to protect the baby's privacy in court."
"And interesting how one person petitions the court to seal the file because all the media attention could endanger the child yet pictures of the child are sold to same tabloids and constant pics of child are being tweeted out to over 8000 people/strangers," she wrote. "Who is doing the 'endangering?' So before you arbitrarily assign 'bad character' and 'poor judgment' to one person why don't you wait for truth to come out."
Reportedly, Shepherd offered a one-time $100,000 payment for Sally and
$3,000 in monthly child support however Sally allegedly declined as he wants more.
