Samsung Alpha Vs Samsung Galaxy S5: The First Metal Smartphone Of Samsung! Which Device Is Better?

Tags

Samsung has been constantly adding beautiful, big screens, high quality cameras and powerful processors. These are the first class smartphones, its like supercomputers inside your pocket. But, it's difficult to see past all the plastic, the design snoots the users. Samsung phones may have gorgeous displays, the best in the whole wide world, based on some tech experts, but they are encased in creaky and cheap-feeling plastics. If the iPhone is a well-customized gadget, then Samsung phones are playthings plastic. The Galaxy Alpha, is Samsung's newest phone, is a response to all design criticism. It's the Galaxy phone of Samsung that uses metal, an aluminum band with wrapped chamfered edges around the case.

It looks like the iPhone 5 and 5S.

Right now, the Galaxy Alpha is soled by AT&T, at $200 with a two year partnership, or 613 off-partnership.

The Galaxy Alpha, feature wise, can be much of the same thing, users would not waste time going over all that. It has embedded fingerprint sensor in the home button that allows users to unlock the smartphone without inputting a passcode, although, it doesn't work as long as the iPhone fingerprint sensor. Users always have to try multiple times to make it work. The Galaxy Alpha also operates the same Android version. The screen is a little smaller at 4.7 inches. If Galaxy S5 is water resistant, Alpha is not. Still, just think of the Alpha, in order to make it easy as smaller and lighter Galaxy S5.

Is Alpha an experiment of Samsung? Samsung will possibly wait until the next Galaxy phones next flagship introduces to wow consumers with something really unique and new. If users like Samsung phones, it is better if they purchase Galaxy S5 instead of Alpha. It has nicer and bigger screen. The same cost, but if they wanted a metal Samsung phone, buy the Alpha.
