Mariah Carey recently kicked off The Elusive Chanteuse Show in Japan, far far away from her soon-to-be ex-husband Nick Cannon.
As the singer is able to get some space from the press, Nick Cannon and their martial problems, during her world tour, rumors surrounding her marriage has yet to end.
A source reportedly told E! News that Mariah Carey had "started the divorce process," but Nick Cannon was still set on working things out, even suggesting the input of a marriage counselor.
"Nick's been talking about giving things another try. He wants another chance," a source for the entertainment website stated.
Her relationship with Nick Cannon isn't the only thing that's making headlines. Rumors are surrounding regarding what the mother of two is planning on doing once she returns from her world tour.
An insider reportedly claimed that after her world tour, Carey might "want to spend time in Atlanta," but is "not too sure about anything right now" and has been looking at houses in the area before anything is decided.
The stress of her impending divorce with Nick Cannon may have caused the 44-year-old singer to have a voice malfunction during her recent performance in Tokyo over the weekend. Fans of the "Hero" singer have already begun expressing their disappointment as videos have been surfacing of Carey failing to hit the high notes during her performance of several of her hit tracks, according to USA Today.
"Not gonna watch a train wreck live. Nope. Nope. Nope," wrote Twitter user Leon Victor Uy.
Another social media user, Angel Alain, added, "What happened Mimi?"
