William And Kate Name Baby After Camilla? Duchess Of Cornwall Desires It? Kate Considering Elizabeth Diana Windsor
Prince William and Kate Middleton have not officially named their soon to arrive baby, but there are members of the Royal Court who wishes the new addition would be named after them. Duchess of Cornwall Camilla is putting pressure on Kate and William to name their baby girl after her. It's no surprise since Camilla has no legacy to leave behind, since Charles and Camilla have no children and a divorce would separate her from the Royal Family even more.
"I guess she realizes that apart from being Prince Charles' wife, her legacy as part of the royal family is pretty much nada - how else do you explain that she's apparently trying to force Kate to name her daughter 'Camilla', if Kate and Prince William do indeed end up having a daughter," said Celeb Dirty Laundry, citing unnamed sources.
"Note, not Diana after Princess Diana, Prince William's mother, but after Camilla Parker-Bowles the woman who ruined his childhood by being his father's mistress!"
To please the ailing Queen, the probable heir to the throne Prince William and Kate had mentioned that they would name their girl-child 'Elizabeth Diana' in honor of Queen Elizabeth II and William's mother, Lady Diana, killed in a Paris car crash, presumably sabotaged by Prince Charles himself.
However, Celeb Dirty Laundry also noted that "Kate Middleton and Prince William have always stood up for themselves and if they don't want to name their daughter 'Camilla,' they're not going to."
According to a recent report, Kate in line with Queen Elizabeth and has fallen out with Parker-Bowles, the Duchess of Cornwall.
Globe magazine reported Kate as saying, she has banned Camilla: "You're not part of our family anymore." Basically Kate was fed up with Camilla's rumors and gossips about her family. Queen Elizabeth is setting up plans to speed up divorce matters between Prince Charles and Camilla.
Royal biographer Andrew Morton leaked that William and Kate are considering naming their baby Elizabeth Diana Windsor.
