Sarah Goldberg dies in her sleep. She last appeared in "Jurassic Park 3" and on the hit TV drama "7th Heaven." She passed away in her sleep on September 27 at the age of 40 years old while she was at her family's cabin in Wisconsin. Her family suspected that she died from a particular heart condition.
She was originally from Chicago and had movie roles in "Training Day" and "My Best Friend's Wedding." She also had some short appearances in various TV shows, such as "House", "90210", "Without A Trace", and "Judging Amy."
An autopsy was done, but it failed to determine Goldberg's actual cause of death, as reported by the Chicago Sun-Times. Her mother even told the publication, "She went to sleep and didn't wake up."
Sarah Goldberg was born in 1974 in Springfield, Illinois and went to the Latin School of Chicago. She then proceeded to get a Bachelor's Degree in biology at Amherst College in 1996 before she decided to pursue her love for acting. She took a risk and went to Hollywood all by herself, landing role after role on TV under the stage name of Sarah Danielle Madison.
In her obituary, Sarah Goldberg was described as someone who loved to enjoy the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing, canoeing, and water skiing. Moreover, she has also been revered for her devotion to animal rescue. She had two dogs, Bucket and Daisy, which are actually the dogs that she rescued. Her dogs have been living with her in Los Angeles.
As soon as her death has been confirmed, her family requested to those who wanted to pay their condolences that instead of giving flowers, they could send their monetary donations to the Sarah Goldberg Memorial Fund at PAWS.
Sarah Goldberg is survived by her parents, Bill and Judy Goldberg, her brother Bradley, her nephew and niece, and other extended family members and close friends. No details were provided to the press regarding her funeral arrangements.
