Nicholas Hoult and Jennifer Lawrence used to date each other but have now gone their separate ways, dating other people. Still, they managed to maintain a friendly demeanor towards one another, which is not something that happens very often for celebrity couples.
This friendship that they have was proven when "X-Men" co-star Hoult went to JLaw's defense about the recent nude photo scandals.
Jennifer Lawrence has kept quiet about the recent spread of her alleged nude photos, until she spoke about it quite openly in an exclusive interview with Vanity Fair. She called it a "sex crime," even declaring, "It's my body and it should be my choice. And the fact that it is not my choice is absolutely disgusting."
She shared that she wanted to speak up about the issue but then it dawned on her when she was about to write an apology for the public, she realized that she actually had nothing to feel sorry for. The "Hunger Games" actress said, "I was in a loving, healthy, great relationship for four years. It was long distance, and either your boyfriend is going to look at porn or he's going to look at you."
It would seem that the boyfriend she was referring to would be the "Warm Bodies" actor, Nicholas Hoult. Like JLaw, he also did not say anything about the issue. However, when he stopped by "Good Day New York," he spoke up. Although the way the talk show host made the interview very awkward in a snap of her fingers, Hoult was able to handle it professionally.
Hoult was actually on the show to promote his new movie, "Young Ones." However, host Rosanna Scotto veered way off -course when she popped the question out of the blue.
Nicholas Hoult neither confirmed nor denied that he was truly the recipient of the JLaw's nude photographs, but he did echo the actress's disbelief. He said, "It's shocking that things like that happen in the world. It's a shame."
