Dell Venue 8 7000 Review, Specs, Features Release Date, The World's Thinnest 3D Sensing Tablet Comes To You In November. Reports say the release of Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus made much hoopla in the world of the smartphones. But it gave Dell's Chief Operating Officer Michael Dell to come up on stage at San Francisco's Intel Developer's Forum. COO Dell's speech was also the first to announce the thinnest tablet in the world. It is due for release in November. Dell was also the first to offer Intel's RealSense 3D photo processing feature.
The Dell Venue 8 7840 probably sounds like an awkard name with 6mm in size. But experiencing its thinness will give you a whole new concept about what a 'thin phone' should be. According to some reports, it is thinner than Sony's extremely thing 6.4mm Z2 slate. Not to mention exciting new technology.
Among the specs for the Dell Venue 8 7000 are 8.4inch OLED panel coupled with a 2560X1600 pixels/359 ppi with a gun-metal chasis, the Dell 7000 has very little bezel and covers the entire screen area. The 2MP is housed as a front camera and its grip on one side along with stereo speakers takes care of space gallantly.
India Today's tech segment reported, "The Venue 8 is a thoroughbred Intel baby and is expected to come with quad core 2.33GHz Intel "Moorefield" Atom processor running what appears to be near stock Android KitKat 4.4., adding, " Intel RealSense implementation also allows for a more natural 3D rendering in comparison to the HTC One (M8) which came with a duo-camera setup."
The report continued to say "Speculative estimates on storage and memory put a 16GB or 32GB drive with expandable storage via micro SD card along with at least 2 or 3 gigabytes of RAM on the device.
Dell's announcement gives weight to more sales during the holiday season in the American market. So far there has been no word about the price.
