"Game of Thrones" cast Natalie Dormer comes to the defense of her character Margaery as the "Hunger Games: Mockingjay" actress is loving her head tattoo.

In an interview with E! News, "Game of Thrones" cast Natalie Dormer justified Margaery marrying a 12-year-old Tommen.

"Margaery is just trying to play the next, you know, round of cards with the ones she's been dealt, so it's a particularly awkward situation for her, and young Tommen as well, so she's just trying to befriend the kid," she said.

Fans of the series know that Margaery was thrust into the situation, with no small help from Cersei, following the death of Joffrey who was poisoned at his own wedding. With pressure into marrying a royalty, Margaery had to play the game and try to seduce an adolescent boy.

In her heart, Margaery feels pity for the kid so she tries to get the boy king into liking her first, said

"Game of Thrones" cast Natalie Dormer. "It's very awkward as an actress being given that specification. It's not an easy thing to do."

Meanwhile, she couldn't give any spoilers for the season five of the HBO hit fantasy drama.

"I wasn't expecting to be alive still but here I am, so I'm just navigating it the best I can and as delicately as I can, to be honest," she said.

Meanwhile, in another interview with E!, the "Hunger Games: Mockingjay" actress weighed in on her role as Cressida in the latest installment of the franschise, particularly on the tattoo at the side of her head which requires her to shave.

"They shaved my head every day, a clean shave. It was cold. I don't know if you guys remember the winter, but it was cold! Those polar vortexes! I was wearing my beanie a lot," she said.

"Game of Thrones" cast Natalie Dormer also described the ink on her head as "super cool" and promise her co-workers that she would wear it after work.

"I swore to everyone that I would because we finished filming in Berlin and I was like, 'I'm going to rock it in Berlin,' but I never got out. I never did. I missed an opportunity there...totally missed an opportunity, silly girl," she told the site.
