Nintendo Personalizes 3DS With Signature Home Screen Themes, Premium Themes Mario, Mighty Mushrooms And The Legend Of Zelda $2
The Nintendo 3DS home screen has been personalized with custom home themes like Mario and Link, Nintendo's signature characters.
Players will find themselves in the new Theme Shop after downloading the most recent 3DS system update. Here users can download five home screen themes free of charge. The background colors come in blue, yellow, red, pink or black.
Premium themes offering Mighty Mushrooms, Mario, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds are set for a price of $2.
Nintendo's blank 3DS backgrounds were a request from users and the video game console firm has promptly replaced the blank 3DS background with 'Mario motives or Link wandering the Hyrule kingdom,' tomsguide.com reported.
The Redmond-based gaming firm looks like it is ready for the shopping season this fall with Nintendo and 3D console. Nintendo unveiled Super Smash Bros. for 3DS, which sold 2.8 million copies globally.
"Whether you choose to line your 3DS background with Mario's moustached face or a shot of Link overlooking the Hyrule kingdom, the new themes add some much-welcomed personality to the system's plain white interface," reports tomsguide.
Fans are looking forward to the next unveiling for the console will be Fantasy Live, anticipated for October. November will see further releases of hotly awaited Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Pokemon will add new features to the game.
The Nintendo will create a New Nintendo 3DS, with features carrying additional processors. However a possible release date for the U.S. or Europe.
