Fans of the "Die Young" hitmaker were shocked when they heard about the latest Kesha scandal. The pop singer allegedly sued her music producer for sexual, verbal, emotional and physical abuse.

That accusation shook the music industry since Dr. Luke is a renowned music producer so his reputation and career was at stake. The 41-year old songwriter/producer has worked with famous singers such as Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, and Kelly Clarkson.

Kesha Rose Sebert, or commonly known as Kesha, signed a record deal with Kemosabe Records back in 2005. Her lawyer claims, "This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for 10 years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and sexual assault at the hands of Dr. Luke."

TMZ was able to obtain the lawsuit which stated all of Kesha's accusations on Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald, or also known as Dr. Luke. According to the lawyer of the 27-year old musician, "He would force her to use drugs and alcohol to remove her defenses." More details regarding the Kesha scandal were revealed and some were quite disturbing.

The lawsuit stated, "In one instance, Kesha claims he forced her to snort something before getting on a plane... and during the trip he forced himself on her while she was drugged." It was also written there: "On another occasion, Kesha claims after forcing her to drink with him, Dr. Luke gave her what he called sober pills. Kesha claims she woke up the following afternoon, naked in Dr. Luke's bed, sore, sick ... and with no memory of how she got there."

Those were pretty detailed that's why most of her fans believed her accusations. However, Dr. Luke's lawyer claimed that the Kesha scandal wasn't true. Radar Online published the statement of the record producer's lawyer: "Kesha and her mother are engaged in a campaign of publishing outrageous and untrue statements about Dr. Luke to third parties..."

It was also written there, "The complaint explains that Kesha and her mother Pebe have wielded these defamatory statements in an attempt to extort Gottwald into releasing Kesha from her exclusive recording agreement with Dr. Luke."

Do you think the Kesha scandal is true or did she make that up to extort her producer?
