Google Helpouts App: Google Seems Solving The Fake Diagnoses For People Searching Their Symptoms Online, The App Will Go Against Better And Spruce!

It looks Google is solving the fake diagnoses caused by some people finding their own symptoms and believing at the wrong conclusions, or at least cure the problem.

Reddit has posted an image showing a Google search for knee pain and a choice for the user to chat or even video chat with a doctor about their symptoms. Google has already finalized some outlet that it is a new endeavor from Google. A representative of the company said, "When you're searching for basic health information ... our goal is provide you with the most helpful information available. We're trying this new feature to see if it's useful to people."

The video chat features to be a part of the Helpouts platform of Google. The Helpouts links users with doctors over live vide chats, doctors can charge a professional fee per Helpout sessions and some sessions are for free.

The image shows, Google will be disclosing the cost of every session during the trial period, but it is probable the feature will be expensive in the future. Well, of course! Google is not the only company offering this service in the market, there are tele-medicine firms like Better and Spruce, and they charge costly for their service. Better guarantees to be the personal health assistant, by providing a symptom checker, Mayo Clinic nurse line and Health record storage for as cheap as $20 per month. Spruce is an app that links its users with a board certified dermatologist to give acne treatment plans in 24 hours.

Google plans to create the service into more akin Spruce and Better seems to be seen. As the representative of Google said, the firm is searching at usage statistics during the trial period. Although, tech firms will identify the restrictions of what works in internet medicine, although the procedure is already taking super compressed eons and internet time scale, doctors always have to be capable to touch someone for real and able to reach out.
