Everybody's waiting for "John Wick" on big screen to finally watch Keanu Reeves avenging his beloved dog and stolen Ford Mustang 1979 as he faces the offenders who seem don't know who John Wick is and a former friend.

Showing on theaters on October 24, many have already published their reviews about the movie. No wonder it has been trending, particularly when the official theatrical trailer was released. Everybody, then, got curious why Keanu Reeves as John Wick has to load his guns once again when his dog gets killed.

Last October 13, Reeves arrived in New York at the red carpet premiere of "John Wick. Wearing a slick and stylish all-black suit and a pair of scuffed-up brown lace-up boots, "The Matrix" star said to The Hollywood Reporter, "We do have a stunt shorthand."

He added, "They had such a great ambition for the action in John Wick: wanting to do long takes, not a lot of cuts and have the action happen in front of you. And for me, I got to learn a lot of stuff I never knew before: judo, ju jitsu, ... and drifting. It was kind of a fantasy role."

In a review published at GeekTyrant, the writer said "John Wick" reminded him of the movie "Equilibrium" in terms of the gunplay. It was also said that, "the film has a great, pulpy, barebones noir feel that supplements the somewhat slick stylized violence."

Contributor Scott Mendelson wrote a review of the movie on Forbes, saying "John Wick isn't just a terrific shoot-em-up action movie that reminds you why Keanu Reeves remains a movie star twenty-five years after 'Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure', twenty-years after 'Speed', and fifteen years after 'The Matrix'. It's a terrific example genuinely successful world-building."

James Marsh of Screen International was quoted on The Wrap, "John Wick is a brilliant B-movie that features a knockout performance from an A-lister."
