Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard are very much open to public when sharing the joy of having a new addition to their family. According to Christian Today, the couple teased of making a big announcement this October 21. It is speculated that the revelation is about Baby Dilly's gender.

Reportedly, Jill previously told OKMagazine.com that the parents-to-be will announce the gender of the baby prior to the birth leading fans to believe this will be the announcement. Or could it be that they are having twins? Some fans believe that the couple will reveal they're having twins after they've received an early gift that might be a hint to that.

"Pretty sure twins. I know that the married couple was already given 2 car seats so that's a dead giveaway. But also looking at Jill's pregnancy pictures she is showing more in her stomach versus others at this stage," one commenter on the family's website wrote.

According to OK Magazine, others believe that it can be a spinoff show. Will Jill and Derick get to have their own reality series?

Meanwhile, the lovely pair is reportedly gaining more pounds after the change in their diet and cravings. According to In Touch Weekly, the "19 Kids and Counting" star seems to be done having specific yearnings in terms of food as they move to the second trimester of pregnancy.

"Now we're eating all foods," Derick said. "We're both gaining weight at a steadier pace."

Reportedly, Jill, 23, revealed that morning sickness and specific cravings has subsided in her second trimester. The couple both noticed that Jill hunger after "cold" foods during the first trimester.

"My first trimester, everything cold so whether it was sour, sweet, whatever it had to be cold, but now in my second semester, almost anything," she said.

Jill is expected to deliver the baby on March 2015.
