Henry Cavill is on a lot of news for 2014. One of which was the rumored performance as Clark Kent/Superman again. According to the Henry Cavill fansite, Gina Carano's boyfriend is believed to play his famous super hero role at least four times from this year until 2019. This is in anticipation of the recent Warner Bros. ideas that Nikki Finke, founder of the website Deadline, published in her new blog.
Recently, Warner Bros. Pictures confirmed rumors about Superman movies. In a statement posted by Businesswire.com Warner Bros. details about strategic content plans at Warner Investor Conference was unveiled:
"And, in a massive expansion of the Studio's DC Entertainment-branded content, Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema will release a slate of at least 10 movies-as well as stand-alone Batman and Superman films-from 2016 through 2020 that expands this prized universe of characters:

- "Suicide Squad," directed by David Ayer (2016)
- "Wonder Woman," starring Gal Gadot (2017)
- "Justice League Part One," directed by Zack Snyder, with Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Amy Adams reprising their roles (2017)
- "The Flash," starring Ezra Miller (2018)
- "Aquaman," starring Jason Momoa (2018)
- "Shazam" (2019)
- "Justice League Part Two," directed by Zack Snyder (2019)
- "Cyborg," starring Ray Fisher (2020)
- "Green Lantern" (2020)"
Henry Cavill fansite presume that the British heartthrob will appear as Superman in at least four movies if Warner Bros will proceed with its plans.
An interview which was conducted late last year to give viewers glimpse about Henry Cavill's thoughts on being a "Superman" was released online June of this year.
"My life has become different altogether since the movie came out. To play such an important character in so many people's lives is an honour, I hope I do it justice", Henry says.
