Cleveland Cavaliers roster, news and rumors suggest that while the Lebron James signing is good for the team, it bumped off the prices to exorbitant levels out of the league of ordinary fans. Meanwhile, the two-time MVP said that losing will be good for the team in the long term.

According to the Cleveland Cavaliers roster, news and rumors from Factory of Sadness, ordinary fans will have to shell more for the chance to watch Lebron James, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving in action.

The ticket price date from TiqIQ, the average cost of home games is at all time high. For example, the Cavs vs. New York Knicks matchup on opening day (October 30) will cost $1,000 per ticket. For comparison, the average price for the home opener in the 2013-2014 season was only $73.17.

"The current average ticket price for a Cavs home game this season is currently $374.90, which is up 212.96% from this point last season ($119.79)," it said. "With a home average of $374.90, the Cavs have the highest price in the NBA by over $100. 2nd highest price team currently is the Knicks at $273.89."

Accordingly, the top five most expensive home games tickets this season will be against the Knicks on October 30, the Pistons on December 28 at $596.96, the Thunder on January 25 at $585.30, the Lakers on February 8 at $574.23 and the Heat on February 11 at $556.01.

Meanwhile, in other Cleveland Cavaliers roster, news and rumors, Lebron James told ESPN that losing games will test their mettle but if they can overcome them, it will be better for the squad in the long run.

"You've got to go through something to create a bond; that means for the worse. We've got to lose ballgames that we think we should've won, we've got to get into an argument every now and then just to test each other out," he said.
