"Gamers will have to team up with friends or other players in order to fight the chaos. Since the game is strictly multiplayer, players will not only find themselves engaging in cooperative multiplayer but also in player-versus-player battles (PVP) as well," Christian Post added.
As of the moment, New York City -specifically Manhattan and Brooklyn- has been named as the central location of the game. However, some are speculating that there might be other areas added as the release date nears.
Here is the official description of "Tom Clancy's The Division" from Ubisoft:
"A devastating pandemic sweeps through New York City, and one by one, basic services fail. In only days, without food or water, society collapses into chaos."
"The Division agents are trained to operate independently of command, as all else fails. Fighting to prevent the fall of society, the agents will find themselves caught up in an epic conspiracy to combat not only the effects of a manmade virus, but also the rising threat of those behind it."
