After being away for four years, LeBron James as a changed man and his main goal is to bring home the crown for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
For James, winning a championship with his home crowd cheering is a meaningful and worth it experience. Now that he is backed up with some of the league's best players, a championship crown is on its way.
He said "For multiple reasons, but I don't want to get too ahead of myself. I don't want to talk about it too much because then it could be used as a sound bite. So I'm not even going to get involved in that right now. We've got a long way to go."
But aside from the big men in James, his other team mates which has been casted for his support is also taken a spot into the limelight. Among them are Kevin Love, Shawn Marion, Mike Miller and James Jones.
According to Paul Pierce, who won a title in Boston with Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen "'It's tough because sometimes you're put into a role that you're not familiar with because you've been used to carrying a team so long. The guys we had made the transition easy. I think we all made it easy on ourselves because of our communication and our bond from the start. We wanted nothing more than to win a championship."
What's good with James is that he is now sharing the show with his deserving team. Irving has dominated the assist, which can greatly help in the offense.
James said "It's Kyrie's show. 'I never played with a point guard like Kyrie Irving, a guy that can kind of take over a game by himself. He's our point guard. He's our floor general."
Although the Cavs does not really have a center that stands out but they do have two outstanding rebounding players that can surely make up for. Coach David Blatt gives the job to Anderson Varejao and Tristan Thompson to the works. He said "If one guy has played 26 minutes and another guy plays 32 minutes or they play 28 and 30, it doesn't make a difference. They're both equally effective and they both mix and match well with the other players out there."
The Cavs are all set for this season. Now it is only time that will tell if the formula for success is with them.
