In the 4th episode of the "The Flash" TV series, another villain appeared which was played by "Prison Break" actor Wentworth Miller.
Miller stars as Captain Cold in the CW TV series. As Captain Cold, Miller acts as the leader and founding member of the villain squad, Rogues. He's not a meta human, but he is considered as a strong and wise enemy of "The Flash," as he has in his possession a weapon called, the "Cold Gun," which was created by Cisco, and originally designed and built to stop Barry Allen in case he goes rogue. This weapon can produce ice and freeze things once the trigger pulls.
Unlike the previous episodes, the recent one is different as the villain was not imprisoned or did not die. The villain was able to escape and he was planning something to beat the hero. So it seemed that Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold will have more appearances in the future episodes.
As per Mashable, "Prison Break" actor said that the chance to return to TV was not something he could pass up.
During a trip to the Vancouver set of Flash, Wentworth told the reporters, "What I missed most, I think, was the sense of community because there's a kind of family dynamic that happens organically on a set."
"When I was writing for two or three years and just writing, it was me alone in my living room, and I was my own boss to a certain degree, but it was also a lonely experience," he added.
The 4th episode ended with the cheesy scene when Barry Allen a.k.a. "The Flash" (Grant Gustin) went to the train where Ms. Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) was riding. Both expressed their feelings and the episode ended in a kissing scene.
