The latest "Avengers 2" leaked footage featured Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and Steve Rogers (Chris Evans). This clip was shown during the Marvel Secret Event wherein a few lucky fans got a chance to find out more about the Joss Whedon movie.
According to Forbes, "Fans lined up for hours outside of Disney's El Capitan theatre in Hollywood Tuesday morning for the super secret Marvel event. Many speculated that the event would cement the new Marvel films which until now have just been dates on the calendar."
Instead of revealing their plans to the investors, the producers chose their fans to know about it. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige said, "We really do want the fans to be on the front line." Many fans got excited when they found out that the Avengers will return in 2018 and 2019. The "Avengers 3: Infinity War" will have two parts so we will see the first one in 2018 and the second in 2019.
Fans got more hyped up when they saw an exclusive teaser of the second installment. The "Avengers 2" leaked footage showed Tony Stark and Steve Rogers chopping wood and arguing over something. You can hear Tony asking Steve where Thor was going.
Captain America said, "Sometimes, my teammates don't tell me things." Iron Man replied, "I was hoping Thor would be the exception." Their discussion started to heat up and Stark finally revealed that Banner left to do some research, which Rogers said would affect the team.
Tony also said, "The mission is to fight, so we can end the fight, so we can go home." Steve got pissed and replied, "Every time someone tries to win a war before it starts, innocent people die." The audience clapped after seeing that rare footage. Do you think there will be a battle between Iron Man and Captain America in the movie?
