New "Mission Impossible 5" photos leaked online and it showed the lead star of the film doing a death-defying stunt. Tom Cruise was seen hanging from the side of a moving A400 M over 5,000 feet-high in the British countryside.

According to Mirror, the 52-year old actor only had a small wire attached on him and to the airbus so one snap could mean death for Tom Cruise. It isn't surprising that the Hollywood hunk decided to do his own stunts in the fifth installment of "Mission Impossible".

He has done a lot of amazing stunts in his previous movies, including the time that he dangled outside Burj Khalifa in Dubai. This is the tallest building in the world so imagine how high he was, but he never showed any fear during filming.

The director of "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" revealed to The New York Daily News that doing a stunt like this is nothing new to Tom Cruise. Brad Bird said, "One night, after one of the earliest shooting days, I bolted up in bed realizing that we had our star dangling about a mile up in the air on a thin wire and my brain was screaming, 'What the hell are we doing,'."

The filmmaker added, "The whole thing was one, extended, hair-raising moment but we planned well." Thankfully, nothing bad happened to the actor or else there will be no more "Mission Impossible" movies. The latest "Mission Impossible 5" photos became a normal sighting for Tom Cruise fans.

Even if they're worried about the actor's fate, they know that he would insist doing his own stunts. During an interview with Air Herald, Tom Cruise explained why he wanted to do his own stunts. He revealed, "I don't get scared. It's quite technical but sometimes things go wrong."

He also shared his view on actors that refuse to do their own action scenes. Cruise said, "People do say no, but as an actor you bring everything, physically and emotionally, to a character. I'm able to do them. I've trained for 30 years doing things like that."

Very impressive! What do you think of the latest "Mission Impossible 5" photos?
