"Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Rita Ora's new beau Ricky Hilfiger is said to be "bad news" for the "I Will Never Let You Down" singer. "The Voice UK" judge was warned about her relationship by the rapper's ex-girlfriend Celia Kay.

The 23-year-old British songstress' new boyfriend Ricky Hilfiger was revealed to have a negative personality according to his ex, The Spec said in a report.

The rapper's ex beau Celia Kay, who claimed that she had a relationship with Tommy Hilfiger's son, said that Ricky Hilfiger is not good for the "Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Rita Ora.

"Ricky is a player and bad news for Rita or any girl," she told The Sun newspaper.

She added, "Ricky is an odd character - quite reclusive and loves smoking weed and drinking beer."

Celia Kay said this following an alleged brawl involving the 24-year-old rapper at Mario Testino's 60th birthday celebration.

The ex-girlfriend of Rita Ora's new beau also revealed that he just wanted a girlfriend who is rich.

"He joked that he wanted a rich girlfriend so he could fly around in her private jet and not have to worry about working," she said.

Celia Kay also added that she is sure that the "Fifty Shades Of Grey" cast Rita Ora might end up in tears if she continues her relationship with the green-haired rapper.

"He's no angel and I think he's more than capable of breaking her heart," she ended.

Rita Ora and Ricky Hilfiger met in a chance meeting in Hollywood weeks after the "How We Do" singer's split with renowned DJ and songwriter Calvin Harris.

The new couple has been dating for three months and has always been seen together. Ricky Hil even went with Rita Ora in Japan to promote her Adidas clothing line, the Daily Mail said.
