Wanderlei Silva news reveals "The Axe Murderer's" newest rants with regard to how fighters are being treated, but this time, he proclaims his intent to be the voice of all fighters whom he believes are getting treated wrongly. The mixed martial arts veteran also declared that his naysayers "can't shut him up."

The PRIDE FC legend had been blasting bigwigs in the mixed martial arts business, as of late. Most recently, he accused UFC president Dana White of slavery, insinuating that he is being hindered from fighting under another organiztion.

"Wanderlei Silva just tweeted this: 'Slavery now? So I can't work, Dana? You're not the boss of me, I can fight wherever I want,'" Silva tweeted, which was translated by Brazilian journalist Guilherme Cruz.

Wanderlei Silva news also reveals that "The Axe Murderer" had been ranting about alleged mistreatments by the UFC since being given a lifetime ban by the Nevada State Athletic Commission due to drug-testing issues.

"The main reason is how MMA has been managed, the disrespect with the athletes. It's becoming a freak show," Silva said in a September report by Combate. "The promotions turn one fighter against another and don't want to pay anything. If a guy refuses to fight, an executive makes a statement and tries to show himself as a more important person. It's shameful."

Wanderlei Silva news also reveals that in a recent report by Yahoo! Sports (through MMA Weekly), Silva had once again begun a series of tirades targeting the mixed martial arts business. This time, however, he is planning to take further action.

"Wanderlei Silva is rising up now," he said. "The fighters need a voice. They need someone who will speak up about the truth. I am here to say the truth. They can't shut me up."

"The active fighters can't speak up or they will be fired. Because this monopoly doesn't allow for a free market," he continued. "We have to free the fighters so they can fight wherever they want. "I am here to fight for our rights. Unfortunately, I won't collect the fruits of what I'm planting."
