Kim Kardashian is rapidly dominating the world with her game "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood," which was launched over the summer in June.
The game reportedly made a shocking $43.3 million in the third quarter (June to September) and has been downloaded more than 22.8 million times since it was launched in June, according to the U.K's The Independent.
What's even more shocking than how much money the game has made is the fact that users have reportedly spent more than 5.7 billion minutes spending time with Kim Kardashian in the virtual reality. The game is reportedly responsible for bringing in more than half of developer Glu Mobile's total revenue for the quarter.
"Glu's third quarter was the strongest in the company's history," stated chief executive Niccolo de Masi.
The success of the game will be making the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star even richer, as she is reportedly set to keep 45% of net profits minus business expenses. This means that Kim Kardashian may have earned roughly $15 million in just three months.
The game isn't only making her a ton of money, it's making her gain the respect (or attention, at least) of the public as a business woman.
"u can't call kim kardashian dumb unless u also had an app about ur life," wrote Twitter user kobe.
Fellow social media user Myles Brown commented, "$43.3 M. In the third quarter alone. We see who's wearing the leather pants in that family."
Despite the number of supporters Kardashian may have gained because of the explosively popular game, the success of the app has angered a few people as well.
"I've said this a few times before but I'll keep saying it until she's out the public eye. Kim Kardashian is the most overrated woman alive," wrote Twitter user Tommy Lloyd Jnr.
Twitter user Ryan Case commented, "Could I design an anti-Kim Kardashian app app? Would that also make $43 million?"
