Prince William Duke Of Cambridge Gives Up Throne: Queen Prepares To Step Down After 61-Year Reign As Charles Prepares For Succession?
Several reports have emerged stating that Prince William Duke Of Cambridge gives up throne to be the next King of England. Despite Queen Elizabeth's wishes, Globe Magazine reported that Prince William has had a change of heart and asked that the role be passed on to the rightful heir, Prince Charles. Rumors say that William was worried about the gossip and altercations at the Royal Palace would affect Kate in a negative fashion. Camilla Parker, who is likely to be Queen next to Charles, has been intruding in the life of Kate and Will's personal life, say reports.
"Ailing Queen Elizabeth had bypassed her eldest son Prince Charles, in favor of her 32-year-old grandson as she prepared to step down and end her 61-year reign. But William has officially informed Her Majesty the pressures of royal life and raising a family at the same time have become too much for his pregnant wife and he has reluctantly made the decision to step aside - for now," Globe magazine said.
The Inquisitr reports that plans to make Prince Charles are already under way and preparation began at the start of the year.
Signs of succession have already taken place early January and the Prince Charles staff have already merged with the Queen's, readying for the transition when Prince Charles becomes King. Prince Charles has been attending some of the events in the place of Queen Elizabeth and taking over some of the royal duties of the Queen. Charles' assistant Sally Osman has been named the media chief for the royal abode, reports the Express.
