Jennifer Lawrence's "Hunger Games" is out this month, and the actress has almost recovered from the controversy of the past months.
Jennifer Lawrence in "Hunger Games: Mockingjay," the first of two parts in the series' finale, comes out in theatres this November, after a whirlwind of controversies in the actress's personal life.
In a recent interview with BBC 1, Lawrence talks about the movie with co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth. In the topic of social media, in which she recently gained infamy, Lawrence says she'd rather stay out of it entirely (bbc.co.uk).
"I will never get Twitter. I'm not very good on phones or with technology. I cannot really keep up with emails, so the idea of Twitter is so unthinkable to me. I don't really understand what it is, it's like this weird enigma that people talk about. That's fine, I respect that, but no, I'll never get a Twitter. And if you ever see a Facebook, Instagram or Twitter that says it's me, it most certainly is not."
J-Law was also pushed to limit physically it seems, reportedly passing out on a hallway out of exhaustion. The trio was all candid and cordial during the interview. Jennifer Lawrence in "Hunger Games" movies was an odd role, the actress confided, at least the way she saw it.
"... what a troll, and how awful and untalented I am. If i wasn't in them, I would love these movies. I'm the worst part of the whole franchise."
Lawrence recently walked the red carpet premiere for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" in London, along with the film's cast.
"It's amazing to see so many fans here. Someone gave me a photo of a Shetland pony to sign. I don't know what it means but it's still making me laugh now."
Plans for "The Hunger Games" stage show are also in the works, set in a theatre next to London's Wembley Stadium (bbc.com).
