"The Good Wife" season 6 spoilers reveal that Alicia Florrick and Frank Prady's debate will get nasty but it's not going to be their own doing. Meanwhile, the Chicago mayor will have a new chief of staff and she's a piece of work herself.
Michael Ausiello dished "The Good Wife" season 6 spoilers in his piece on TVLine as he said that the character of Jackson, who will be a guest role, will harass Alicia (Juliana Marguiles) "about a personal matter" during her debate with Prady (David Hyde-Pierce).
He described Jackson as "a smart but self-righteous journalist-turned blogger."
Jackson will appear during the 12th episode, which will be penned by executive producers Robert and Michelle King.
In that episode, Alice and Prady will also have a debate in the hotel kitchen where they will be joined by two "African-American busboys named Tim and Errol who will interject their own views into the scrimmage."
Meanwhile, in other "The Good Wife" season 6 spoilers, Ausiello added that the show is casting Franny whom he described as the "smart, sophisticated chief of staff for the mayor of Chicago." Franny will be doing the "damage control" in the absence of the mayor.
The casting call said that Franny will be anywhere from 35 to 60 and "wielding a set of brass knuckles ... with which she intimidates and bullies those who get in her way."
In other "The Good Wife" news, People magazine said that Kristin Chenoweth is still dealing with the aftermath of the 2012 freak accident she suffered at the set.
"I'm still in physical therapy but I'm progressing. I'm going the right way, not the wrong way," said the singer-actress who suffered a fractured skull and injuries to her ribs and hips.
The magazine said that a piece of lighting equipment landed on her head while she was filming on the set of "The Good Wife" in New York. "A month after the accident, the actress had to leave her role on the hit show to continue working on her recovery," it added.
