Melissa Rivers news reported that the daughter of Joan Rivers is "outraged" as more details were released following an inspection at Yorkville Endoscopy.

According to Melissa Rivers news reported by Entertainment Tonight, the lawyer of Joan Rivers' only daughter said that the 46-year-old is "outraged by the misconduct and mismanagement now shown to have occurred before, during and after the procedure."

Yorkville Endoscopy is the East Side medical facility where the "Fashion Police" host suffered from operation complications that led to her death, making them face a multi-million dollar lawsuit from Melissa Rivers.

One of the errors reportedly made by the clinic included their failure to get Joan Rivers' informed consent for the throat procedure that was performed on her.

Yorkville Endoscopy also reportedly "failed to identify deteriorating vital signs", said the report from Entertainment Tonight.

A staff member also supposedly took cellphone photos of Joan Rivers and the surgeon during the operation.

According to Joan Rivers news reported by Page Six, officials are planning to take away the Medicare reimbursements of Yorkville Endoscopy after checking their facility.

Bad conditions found at Yorkville Endoscopy by health officials supposedly included violations in surgical services, patient rights, management, and staffing. The details were listed in a letter from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, which is part of the Federal Department of Health and Human Services in New York.

Yorkville Endoscopy has been given 30 days to respond to the full inspection report.

The inspection could solidify the multi-million dollar lawsuit filed against Yorkville Endoscopy by the late Joan Rivers' only daughter, Melissa Rivers.

According to an earlier Melissa Rivers news report from New York Daily News, the distraught daughter of the late comedienne signed Gair, Gair, Conason, Steigman, Maloof, Bloom and Rubinowitz. The group will reportedly proceed with a lawsuit to be filed against the Upper East Side clinic allegedly responsible for the TV icon's untimely death.
