One Direction's "Night Changes" has been unveiled. However, there is no official music video yet but there are live performance videos of this new song.

One Direction "Night Changes" is from their latest album "Four." Their latest single was out last Friday, November 14.

MTV News caught up with 1D songwriter and opening tour act Jamie Scott. Jamie co-wrote the single "Night Changes" and he told music news website about the story behind the track. The songwriter explained how he writes and produces with 1D, Bunetta and Ryan in his basement studio. He said, "One of the songs on the record came from myself falling out with Julian Bunetta and John Ryan."

"These guys just work through the night," he said. "And one night, I came down to the studio, and three songs that I thought were sounding amazing when I left had been changed drastically through the night... The song is nothing about that, but the idea and the word came from me coming in the morning, because you get a bit delirious and you never quite know what you're doing, but it was fine and all was resolved and we had a great song title," he continued.

On the recent report of Billboard, the British boyband 1D performed their new song on BBC "One's Children In Need" fundraiser event after a few hours of the official online release of "Night Changes."

BBC's "One's Children In Need" also featured performances by Cheryl, S Club 7, Boyzone and Susan Boyle. According to Guardian, the fundraiser event collected £32.6 million (about $51 million) for charity.

The boyband had also made their acoustic version of their new song.
