New reports claimed that Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence are back together as ex Gwyneth Paltrow mopes because she's hurt the Coldplay frontman is rekindling his love affair with the "Hunger Games" star.

According to In Touch, Gwyneth Paltrow had a "meltdown" when she heard that Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence are back together.

The "Shallow Hal" actress reportedly told her driver to stop for a drink when she knew that Jennifer Lawrence went back to Chris Martin's Malibu house on October 30. The source said that Gwyneth Paltrow never smokes or drinks "like that," that means "something was up."

"She was a mess all day" the source added, that Gwyneth Paltrow "started frantically texting Chris."

The Hollywood Life said that Gwyneth Paltrow seems to be "exerting too much influence" over Chris Martin which could be the reason for the breakup with Jennifer Lawrence.

So the tabloid isn't at all surprised about Gwyneth Paltrow's reaction now that Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence are back together.

A source confirmed the Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin split to Us Weekly who blamed the busy schedules of the actress and the Coldplay frontman as the likely reason.

"They really like each other but it's just so complicated with so much going on," the source added.

But MailOnline in a previous report claimed that Gwenyth Paltrow has something to do with the Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin split.

"Jen got tired of watching Chris play happy families with Gwyn and was annoyed that he was trying to keep her hidden away," it said. "She was tired of the spotlight on their relationship and she also thought that Chris and Gwyneth were a little too close for comfort. It was an odd situation for her."

This was confirmed by Hollywood Life, which claimed that the couple broke up "because Jennifer just couldn't compete [with Gwyneth] and didn't want to."
