A man uploaded a video of his wife rapping to Salt-N-Pepa’s “None Of Your Business” on YouTube over the weekend and it has already garnered over 3 million views.
The woman, who doesn’t even realize she’s being filmed until the very end of the 40-second clip, may be just what Salt-N-Pepa needs to bring back people’s love for the ever-so-catchy rap “None Of Your Business.”
The video, titled “The Cutest gangsta I know. My wife,” might be one of the most adorable displays of love in 2014.
“My wife is THE most beautiful human being I know and I absolutely adore the moments I get to watch her being herself,” wrote the woman’s husband, who uses the account name Sir Prise on YouTube and Reddit.
The description continues, “Don’t be shy people, say you love your loved ones, treasure the little moments and don’t worry if people are judging you!”
The husband that filmed the video of his wife’s rendition of Salt-N-Pepa’s “None Of Your Business” reportedly made sure to reassure viewers that he wasn’t driving and filming his ladylove. He reportedly explained that he “was approaching a stop and most of the video is done at the stop,” according to E! News.
The man added, “I agree it’s dangerous to film with your phone while driving. Couldn’t resist though.”
Although the man thought his wife’s rapping was adorable, unfortunately, other YouTube users didn’t take too kindly to the woman’s rapping skills.
“Sorry but I cannot for the life of me figure out how people can listen to that, if I had to hear it I would steer the car straight into the nearest immovable object to end my suffering,” commented YouTube user Jim Martinez.
Another user of the video-sharing site explained that the video isn’t even real.
“video analyser and moderator of r/videos here, i can tell you that the video is fake and here’s why. this is a desperate attempt to creating a viral video, something that we redactors are pioneers of. the women knows that she’s being filmed, if you look at 0:27 she even glances at the camera! it’s amazing what people will do for karma these days,) wrote Kyle Hanson.
