Major "Unbroken" actor Jack O'Conell was praised by its film director Angelina Jolie.

According to the publication, the "Salt" actress who also enters directing film had found something special of the newcomer Jack O'Connell in acting after locking him in a dark cell and having him beaten with a rubber baton as part of a tough audition process for her prisoner of war drama.
The drama movie got its world premiere in Sydney on Monday night.
The "Unbroken" antagonist star Miyavi reportedly had thew himself up during filming. He and O'Connell touched down in Sydney on Monday morning.
Miyavi is actually a Japanese pop star and his real name is Takamasa Ishihara He revealed to E Online, "It's a story that is still painful for my country. But she told me she wanted to make a bridge between all countries that had conflict. She was very persuasive." And after filming some of the more violent scenes, "I couldn't stop crying"
E Online said that the film is extremely close to Jolie's heart. She told Vanity Fair "I was more emotional than he was. I went in to take care of him-and he was taking care of me. It was an extremely moving experience, to watch someone watching their own life," she added. "Someone so physically strong...and they are at the stage where their body is giving up."
