While Nick Jonas' solo project has been warmly accepted by former and current fans, avid followers are still hoping for a Jonas Brothers reunion in the future.

Even Demi Lovato was roped in on Twitter just to get all three brothers in one screen again. Last week, a fan mentioned the songstress as well as Joe Jonas in a tweet, asking them to make a third 'Camp Rock' film.

The 'Heart Attack' singer promptly tweeted, "@kevinjonas you have to hear my idea.... Ask @Nickjonas & @joejonas... It's AMAZING. Miss and love you!"

In an interview with Ryan Seacrest (via Cambio), Nick Jonas, who recently released his self-titled new album, shared how he really felt about fans wanting a Jonas Brothers reunion.

"That chapter is closed for all of us. It is, yeah," he said, to the disappointment of his fans, but it won't be "forever, no."

The 'Jealous' singer admitted that he doesn't really know what will happen in say, 10 years, because from his personal experience, a lot of things can happen in just a year. Something might happen in the next years to push them into making a new album as a group again.

Maybe Kevin and Joe can join their younger brother in one of his performances. If the 'Chains' singer will decide to go on tour for his new album, perhaps the older Jonases could indulge their fans with an old song or two? After all, his older siblings "have been really supportive," according to Nick.

He also told Ryan Seacrest that finding out about the disbandment was "a kind of shock."

He continued, "They were caught off-guard and it was emotional and it took a couple hours to actually get it to a place where we could have a conversation."

Despite the initial shock, the brothers eventually agreed that "it was time to close that chapter" and for each of them to "pursue different things."
