The Nokia Lumia 635 has a 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor, which is coupled with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset and an Adreno 305 GPU. Its internal storage is of 8GB, which is expandable for up to 32GB and it hosts only 512MB of RAM. It runs on the Lumia 635 is Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1.
For the battery and camera specs, the Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim's battery is a Li-Ion 2100mAh, which offers a decent battery life time, while the Nokia Lumia 635's battery is at 1830mAh, but it allows up to 14 hours of talk time on 3G.
The Samsung smartphone has a 5MP rear camera with 2592х1944pixels, autofocus, LED flash and geo-tagging, smile detection and HDR. The camera on the front is VGA, but it’s good enough for video conferences.
The Nokia unit on the other hand has 5MP camera with features such as 2592х1944pixels, autofocus, geo-tagging, panorama and 1/4” sensor size, and has a video recording capability of 720p@30fps.
