Box-office predictions for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" are everywhere as the movie opens in theaters today. One website expects it to earn $152 million in the opening weekend. All eyes are on the third installment that they forget the other movies that are also worth to watch this weekend.

"Extraterrestrial" - Her parents get divorce and April (played by Brittany Allen) finds herself in a vacation cabin, where she spent her summers as a child. However, her trip gets disrupted when a fireball goes down from the sky and explodes in the woods. Along with her boyfriend, Freddie Stroma, they go to the crash site and find remains of a ship that comes from another planet. Footprints suggest that alien occupants are not dead.

"The King and the Mockingbird" - According to NY Post, the movie is based on the story of Hans Christian Andersen. The plot is about a tyrannical king firmed to stop the romance between a chimney-sweep and a shepherdess, and the mockingbird whose goal is to put a stop to the king. The movie is so different from most of the animation done. As "The Independent" puts it, "There's a delicacy and lyricism, a handcrafted quality here not found in contemporary, CGI-animated features."

"The Mule" - A man, who has lethal narcotics inside his stomach, is apprehended by Australian Federal Police. Afraid, he decided to hold back the evidence only to become a "human time-bomb".

One critic said, the movie is "smarter than it first seems, 'The Mule' deserves to find its audience at the home box office. But they won't want dinner afterwards."

"Bad Hair - "Pelo Malo" is about Junior, who has curly or bad hair. He wants it straightened for his yearbook picture. This places him in conflict with his mom, Martha, who is a young, jobless widow. New York Times said, "'Bad Hair' is an uncomfortably accurate depiction of a poignant mother-son power struggle in a fatherless family in which each knows how to get under the other's skin."
