The latest "Fifty Shades of Grey" news has cast Rita Ora gushing about the controversial movie and how it's going to be good for her career.
In an interview with OK! Magazine, the former girlfriend of Calvin Harris said that everybody is always going to have their opinion on the movie.
"But for me this was such a great cameo to be involved in, and even though I'm only in it for a little bit, it's opened the door to a lot of movie things that I haven't actually announced yet," she said.
Previous "Fifty Shades of Grey" news revealed how cast Rita Ora landed the part of Mia Grey, the sister of Christian Grey.
The singer-songwriter said her original plan when she approached the "Fifty Shades of Grey" producers is to contribute to the soundtrack. However, director Sam Taylor-Johnson told her instead to audition for Mia Grey since they are still looking for an actress to fill the role.
Even if Rita Ora hasn't done any movie before, she decided to go on with the audition just to see what it's like.
"Fifty Shades is going to make a lot of waves, I'll tell you that much. It's going to be awesome," she said.
Earlier, Jamie Dornan dismissed rumors that the sex scenes in "Fifty Shades of Grey" will be very graphic, as he said that director Sam Taylor-Johnson made sure that they are going to be very artful. This is so the film can appeal to as many people as possible, which it couldn't have done with an R rating.
"They can't alienate an audience. You know it has to be watchable. It can't be hardcore. I wouldn't have signed up to it if it was. You've got to make something a large amount of people can go and see. It's not going to be grotesque," he said in an interview with GQ magazine as published on Yahoo Movies UK.
Rita Ora was only too willing to whet the appetite of fans for "Fifty Shades of Grey" news as she told the magazine that she realized that she loved acting while filming the movie. "I have the bug, for real. Fifty Shades was a moment of cameo and a really good wake-up call. It was nice to be a part of it and it opened a lot of doors," she added.
