Many girls wanted to be a Rihanna lookalike because she is beautiful and sexy, but only a few are gifted with the same looks and body. A 22-year old student from Boston, Massachusetts is blessed with the same beauty as that of the 26-year old singer. Her name is Andele Lara and she has fooled many fans because of her resemblance with the "Diamonds" hitmaker.

The Boston native didn't expect to get all that attention and shared how lucky she was for becoming the spitting image of the Bajan beauty. Apart from getting mobbed by fans and gaining new followers on Instagram and Twitter, she also started to make a living out of it. In fact, she earns thousands of dollars for endorsements.

During an interview with the Daily Mail, Andele Lara shares her amazing experience as Rihanna's lookalike. She said, "The moment I step out anywhere, everyone starts staring and whispering before I get bombarded by strangers asking to take their photo with me." The student added, "This happens every day - It doesn't matter what I do. I can't go twenty-four hours without hearing Rihanna's name."

Andele Lara revealed that she didn't think she was pretty when she was younger. She said, "Growing up, I was a very shy girl. I was known as the skinny girl with the big forehead. But as I got older, I went through many stages to find myself and experimented with different hairstyles and fashion trends."

So when did she realize that she looked like Rihanna? Lara said that it was her friend that first noticed it and that she doesn't even think that she looked like the "Umbrella" singer. She said, "Personally, I never realized I looked like Rihanna. I do see some resemblance but not as much as everyone else I think."

As Rihanna gets more famous, Andele also started getting more attention. She said, "I do think the attention I get is cool but there have been some scary occasions when some super-fans have followed me on my way to work everyday."

There was even an incident that people thought Rihanna was at the same club as her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown because Andele was there as well. The student said, "At first, I was confused but then I realized what was going on. In the end, I spent the whole night taking fun pictures with groups of people who had mistaken me for Rihanna."

Other perks of being a Rihanna lookalike is by earning from it. Lara has landed more than 13,000 British pounds or more than 20,000 US dollars of endorsements. She said, "I've scored hair contracts as well as sneaker, mascara, hair accessories and apparel deals. I also get into clubs for free and I get a lot of free drinks too!"

Some people are wondering if Andele Lara will soon record a song just like Rihanna. She said, "I know I could make a career of it. I'm pretty much a lookalike in my daily life now! But unfortunately I can't sing though so I might have to take singing lessons!"
