While "Twisted" got cancelled, ABC Family renewed "Switched at Birth" for season 4. It will premiere on January 6, 2015. Are you in for spoilers?
Fans were thrilled to finally hear it from writer, Lizzy Weiss, when she posted the cover of the network draft of the first episode with title "It Cannot Be Changed". Less than two weeks after, she made another tweet of the network draft, this time for the second episode titled "Bracing the Waves". She said, "Who is bracing the waves? Season 4 of #SwitchedatBirth is rolling."
One fan commented, "The suspense is killing us!" One even recalled what happened in the third and related it to the coming season: "Angelo once said, 'I spent four months in detention. You have no idea what that was like.' Maybe Bay will reflect on that now."
"Switched at Birth" (@ABCFsab), on the other hand, tweeted that the series is back in filming". The post showed an image of the 'General Crew Call' sheet.
With "Switched at Birth" Season 4 premiere still over a month away, fans get hungry for more spoilers. But wait, there's a Christmas special to catch in December 8 at 9pm on ABC Family. "Yuletide Fortune Tellers" will give viewers an idea what should have happened in the lives of Bay (played by Vanessa Marano) and Daphne (played by Katie Leclerc) had they not been switched.

The TV series, according to TV, was a consistent solid performer since it started in 2011. It received two honors - the Peabody Award and the Television Critics Association Award - aside from recognition given for its representation of the deaf community and heavy integration of sign language.
