According to "Fashion Police" news reported by Us Weekly, the daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne said she is "excited but terrified at the same time."
The 30-year-old said during the Los Angeles premiere of "Beside Still Waters": "Change isn't fun, but it has to happen. "
"This sitution f--king sucks," Kelly Osbourne added.
Earlier "Fashion Police" news has reported that Kathy Griffin will officially be part of the show following the death of Joan Rivers. According to a report from TMZ, sources revealed that Kathy Griffin signed a deal with E! Network to be part of the hit fashion-critique show.
In hopes of "trying to make nice" with her new co-star, Kelly Osbourne tweeted Kathy Griffin: "Only a day since the announcement and @kathygriffin is messing with me!"
The rock royalty posted, reported by Us Weekly: "Point 1 Kathy. However, let me tell you right now: it's on #FireCrotch."
Kathy Griffin, who is considered by many as Joan Rivers' protégé, will be joined by another new host: Joan Rivers' daughter, Melissa Rivers. The 46-year-old only daughter of Joan Rivers is also the executive producer of "Fashion Police".
The two will be joined by the show's original hosts - Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic. However, "Fashion Police" news reported that there is still no confirmation as to host's George Kotsiopoulos participation for the upcoming season.
According to earlier "Fashion Police" news reported by People, the comedienne admitted during the Make Equality Reality gala in Beverly Hills that she received an offer from E! network to be part of the program.
"They did offer it to me," Kathy Griffin revealed.
A source close to Kathy Griffin said the redhead "adored and admired Joan". The insider said: "Not only did Joan mentor Kathy they were really close friends. Kathy is heartbroken that she is gone."
