Viewers felt emotional looking at the experienced acting of actor Son Chang Min who was acting the role of Jung Chang Ki, a character with many underlying personal stories.
On the 13th episode of MBC Monday/Tuesday drama "Pride and Prejudice" broadcast on December 9th, Jung Chang Ki told Ku Dong Chi (played by Choi Jin Hyuk) about how Kang Soo (played by Lee Tae Hwan)'s mother was related to the hit and run accident.
Fifteen years ago, Jung Chang Ki was waiting for the final list of special prosecutors to be confirmed. Therefore, he had to hide the hit-and-run accident. Afterwards, he couldn't help but continue to feel guilty. This had ruined him for good.
Jung Chang Ki confessed that he had left alone Kang Soo a while back. Kang Soo was young at the time and he left him some money while he went off. Nonetheless, when Chang Ki returned, Kang Soo had lost his memory and was clinging onto Chang Ki.
Because of this, he had continued his relationship with Kang Soo. Nonetheless, he regretted doing so saying, "I should've let him go then." With his sigh, his eyes got teary as there was guilt and pain from which he had suffered.
