In "A Valid Love," Um Tae Woong tried to persuade Lee Shi Young.
On the tvN Monday/Tuesday drama "A Valid Love" (script Kim Do Woo, director Han Ji Seung) broadcast on December 9th, Jang Hee Tae (played by Um Tae Woong) tried to convince Kim Il Li (played by Lee Shi Young) to send her younger sibling Jang Hee Soo (played by Choi Yeo Jin) to a nursing home where she could be taken care of.
Hee Tae was walking home with Il Li. He suggested, "Let's just send Hee Soo to a nursing home. We've done enough, taking care of her for seven years." With this, he tried to persuade her logically.
Il Li said, "Haven't we done well so far? We can simply continue" and didn't bend her determination.
Hee Tae said, "I'm always worried that something will go wrong. I asked Hee Soo and she blinked. This means that it's something she would like too."
Il Li said, "How can you do this to Hee Soo? Of course she'd say that. She's such a neat person. Do you think she'd ask you to take care of her and handle all her day to day affairs?" and resented him for making such a decision.
